Children’s Show at CCT Sunday, April 7th

Caribbean Community Theatre presents LAW & ORDER: FAIRY TALE UNIT, a play by Jonathan Rand, on Sunday, April 7th, at 4:00 PM. This show features the students of The Calico Cat Company, CCT’s after-school theater program for children.

The students of CCT’s Calico Cat Company present the play Law & Order: Fairy Tale Unit: In the fairy tale criminal justice system, the characters from fairy tales and nursery rhymes are represented by two separate yet equally ridiculous groups: the fairy tale police who investigate fairy tale crime, and the fairy tale district attorneys who prosecute the fairy tale offenders.  These are their stories.

The young actors (ages 7 to 12) will portray a variety of interesting and familiar characters, such as Pinocchio, Captain Hook, Robin Hood, Sleeping Beauty, a mermaid, pigs, mice, and many more. This play is directed by Heather McRae and Kaila Francis and features the students of the Calico Cat Company: Ayla Benton, Marin Bird, Asher and Lily Brantley, Penelope Boswell, Cecilia and Sofia Burgos, Kaiden Castillo, Maisara Diaz, Montgomery Fritz, Charley Gay, Amelia Hielema, Miles Kantowski, Madison Locher, Locket Lockhart, Malakai McRae, Leah and Lily Reffell, Caydence Schmitzer, Lux Smith, Surianna Smith, Avery Vaughan, and Zaina Yusuf.
