At CCT this weekend – for two nights only:
STAR Productions, Inc. presents Alice in Wonderland, Jr., the timeless children’s story written by Lewis Carrol in 1931 that has been transformed into a Broadway musical based on the Disney film classic.
Alice follows a talking White Rabbit to a land where nothing is what it seems and the characters that inhabit it are not like anyone you’ve met before. They’re whacky in a wonderful wonderland way.
The STARs (Students of Theater Arts and Repertoire) are a group of six to 16 year olds who have been working for four weeks under the direction of Jan Hart, to prepare for their production of Alice in Wonderland, Jr. on Friday and Saturday, July 26 and 27 at 8 PM at the Caribbean Community Theater , #18 Estate Orange Grove in Christiansted.
Tickets are available in advance for $7 (Adult) and $3 (Child) from the students, or may be purchased at the door for $10 or $5. Come out with the family for a marvelous musical adventure with the STARs, now in their 21st season.
